This week I am going to conduct the interview on modern production techniques and begin to conduct some primary and secondary research into songwriting techniques from modern Artists in the genre of HipHop/R&B. I havent fully decided on the artists of which i will be studying but i know i will be Studying Kendrick Lamar and Cousin stizz.
I have also produced a Metro-Boomin influened track in Logic consisting of piano, a flute like synth and an electronic drum kit including a clap, snare, kick, high hat and pitched high-hat and an electronic bass called an 808 which is sampled from the Roland-808 hip hop synth
